Terms and Conditions for Kings
These terms set out the agreement between you and kingscasino.fr when you visit or use this site. By accessing any page here, you accept them in full. We update these terms when needed — the date at the bottom shows when they were last revised.
Kings is an independent information portal providing content about online gaming operators. We do not operate gambling services ourselves, take deposits, or handle player accounts. Any decision to register with or deposit at an operator featured on this site is yours alone.
Scope of this agreement
This agreement applies to kingscasino.fr and covers your use of all pages, articles, guides and tools published here. It does not govern your relationship with any operator we write about — that relationship is defined by the operator's own player terms, which you agree to separately when you register with them.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using this site immediately.
The relationship between you and us
We provide information, analysis and guides to help you make informed choices. We do not provide gambling services, financial advice, legal counsel or guarantees about any operator's conduct.
Content on this site reflects our editorial assessment at the time of writing. Operator terms, bonuses, game libraries and payment methods change — we update our pages regularly, but cannot promise that every detail remains current at the moment you read it. Always check the operator's own terms before you deposit.
Your undertakings
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (18+) and that online gambling is legal in the jurisdiction from which you access this site. You will not use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that breaches these terms.
You may not:
- reproduce, distribute or republish our content without written permission
- use automated tools to scrape, harvest or copy material from this site
- attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security
- post or transmit malicious code, spam or abusive material through any interactive feature
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
Our material and intellectual property
All content on kingscasino.fr — articles, guides, images, logos, page layouts and code — is owned by us or licensed to us. It is protected by UK and international copyright law.
You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. The Kings name, logo and branding belong to the operator and are used here for informational purposes only.
Links and third-party content
This site contains links to operators, regulators, payment providers and responsible gambling organisations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
Some operators pay us a commission when a visitor registers through our links. This does not influence our editorial coverage, and we state clearly where affiliate relationships exist.
Disclaimers and limits of our responsibility
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on this site is accurate and up to date. However, we provide all content "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We are not liable for:
- any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content
- any dispute between you and an operator featured on this site
- losses resulting from changes to operator terms, bonus structures or game availability after we publish an article
- technical issues, downtime or interruptions to this site's availability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that UK law does not permit us to exclude.
Data protection
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Read the full policy on our privacy page.
We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience on this site. Our Cookie Policy explains what cookies we set, which third parties may place cookies through our pages, and how to manage your preferences.

Service availability
We aim to keep kingscasino.fr available at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or withdraw the site temporarily for maintenance, updates or unforeseen technical issues, and will not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time to reflect changes in law, site functionality or editorial policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after we publish changes means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
