Kings payments – deposits, withdrawals and what they cost

Kings accepts eight deposit methods and processes payouts through seven of them, with a 1% withdrawal fee (capped at £3) applying to every transaction. The minimum deposit sits at £10 across all routes, and you can request a payout from £5 upward. Processing times are stated as "as soon as possible" without a published hour or day window, and withdrawals appear as pending before being transferred.
Funding your account at Kings
We accept deposits from £10 through debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), e-wallets (PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Payz), bank transfer, Pay N Play via Trustly, and four funding-only methods: Paysafecard (capped at £700 per transaction), Neosurf, Apple Pay, and Pay by Mobile. Credit cards cannot be used, including via e-wallets or online payment services.
Deposits made through Paysafecard, Neosurf, Apple Pay and Pay by Mobile clear instantly but serve funding only – payouts return via a different verified method. All eight routes operate in GBP and EUR, and every deposit clears immediately except bank transfer, which follows standard banking hours.

The methods that actually clear for withdrawal
Seven routes handle payouts: Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Payz, Bank Transfer, and Pay N Play. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may be unavailable in some regions due to issuer restrictions, which leaves e-wallets and bank transfer as the fallback.
Funds requested are transferred to the payment method initially used to deposit. If that route is unavailable due to third-party policy or technical reasons, we use another verified method on your account. Every withdrawal from any of the seven routes costs 1% of the amount requested, capped at £3 per transaction.
The minimum payout is £5. If your balance sits below that threshold, contact Customer Support – you can withdraw the full amount regardless of the floor. Once a withdrawal is requested, you cannot cancel it; the request locks and the transfer begins.
A withdrawal voids active bonuses
Any withdrawal request immediately voids all active and pending bonuses on your account. The rule is absolute and applies whether the bonus has been wagered or not – the moment you request a payout, the bonus and any uncleared winnings tied to it are removed.
The withdrawal route: how to request a payout
- Log into your account and open the cashier section.
- Select 'Withdraw' and choose one of the seven available payout methods.
- Enter the amount you want to transfer (minimum £5) and confirm the request.
- If this is your first withdrawal, complete mandatory identity verification before the payout is processed – see the section below.
- The request appears as 'Pending' and is transferred as soon as possible.
Funds are sent to the deposit method you used. Where that method is unavailable, another verified route on your account is used instead.
Realistic timings: how long it actually takes
Withdrawal requests appear as 'Pending' and are processed as soon as possible – we do not publish exact turnaround times per method. Pay N Play via Trustly states instant processing, but the operator's general language around other methods gives no hour or day window.
The wait depends on three stages: our internal review (the 'Pending' period), the actual transfer initiated by us, and the receiving bank or e-wallet clearing the funds on their end. Verification delays the first withdrawal – if documents are requested and not yet approved, the payout is held until your identity is confirmed.
Weekends and bank holidays affect card and bank-transfer payouts; e-wallets typically clear faster but still depend on the operator's internal review completing first.
What it costs you: fees, limits and the dormant-account charge
Every withdrawal incurs a 1% processing fee, capped at £3. That fee applies to Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Payz, Bank Transfer and Pay N Play – no method is exempt. On a £100 payout you lose £1; on anything above £300 the fee hits its £3 ceiling.
The minimum withdrawal is £5, the minimum deposit £10. We do not publish daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal caps – the terms state no explicit ceiling beyond the per-transaction minimum.
The dormant-account fee
After 12 consecutive months with no deposits, withdrawals or wagers, your account is classified as Dormant and a £5 monthly fee applies. You receive a 30-day advance reminder before the first charge. The fee continues each month until you log in and place a qualifying action, or until the balance is exhausted.
Currency conversion
We operate in GBP and EUR. If your payment method settles in a different currency, your bank or e-wallet applies its own exchange rate and may add a conversion charge – that cost sits outside our control and does not appear in our fee structure.
Why a payout gets held: verification before your first withdrawal
Identity and age verification are mandatory before you can deposit, gamble with real money, bonus funds or free bets, or access free-to-play games. The process is triggered at registration for most players, but additional checks apply in specific circumstances: a high fraud score, abnormal gameplay, or a high deposit count.
You will need to upload proof of identity (a valid passport, driver's licence, or national ID card showing your name, photograph and signature) and proof of address (a utility bill or debit card statement dated within three months). Card verification requires a photo of the front and back of the card, showing the first and last four digits, your name and the expiry date – the middle eight digits and CVV code must be covered.
E-wallet users provide a profile-page screenshot showing name and email; PayViaPhone users submit a photo of their phone bill. In some cases we request notarised or solicitor-signed documents, certified copies of proof of identity or address, or evidence of Source of Funds (SoF) or Source of Wealth (SoW).
A withdrawal requested before verification is approved remains pending until the documents are received and cleared. That delay can add days to the payout window, which is why submitting verification documents early – ideally right after your first deposit – shortens the wait when you request your first payout.
When a payout is late or refused
The most common reasons a withdrawal is delayed: verification documents outstanding, a bonus voided by the withdrawal that required manual review, or the payment method initially used to deposit no longer available. If a payout is refused outright, it is usually because wagering on a bonus was incomplete or because the same funds were deposited and withdrawn repeatedly without any play – a pattern flagged as bonus abuse.
If your withdrawal does not arrive within the expected window or is declined without explanation, contact our support team at [email protected]. Have your account email, the transaction date, the amount requested, and the method you selected ready – that information lets support locate the request and explain what is holding it.
Responsible gambling and safer play
Deposit limits, net deposit limits, wager limits, loss limits and session limits are available through your account settings. Any reduction in a limit takes effect immediately; any increase takes 24 hours. You can also set reality checks to remind you how long you have been playing, take a time-out (cooling-off period) lasting 1 to 42 days, or self-exclude for a minimum period of six months to five years.
Self-exclusion closes your account across all websites operated by ProgressPlay, stops all marketing, and returns any remaining balance. The exclusion cannot be undone during its term, and re-opening your account afterward requires positive action and a one-day cooling-off period.

BeGambleAware and GamStop (free national self-exclusion) provide additional help, and blocking software such as Gamban and BetBlocker can prevent access across all devices.
This site is for players aged 18 and over (18+). Gambling should be entertainment, not a chore. If it stops feeling that way, free and confidential help is available at BeGambleAware.org.
